Every young person deserves a chance to build a successful future, yet for youth in foster care, the journey into adulthood often presents unique obstacles. Many face challenges like finding stable housing, securing employment, accessing transportation, and affording essential needs such as food and medical care—all without the support of a family or extended network.

About Pathways to Empowerment
​Our goal is to provide foster youth with the tools, resources, and community support they need to build a secure and independent future. With your support, our Pathways to Empowerment fundraiser will directly fund vital programs that address these needs, offering hope, courage, and opportunity to those aging out of the foster care system.
