Each dimension of wellness plays an intricate roll in your overall wellbeing.  Neglecting one dimension can have a negative impact on the others. So it is important to focus on each dimension, in your pursuit to achieve optimum health.
 
However, it is not necessary, and almost nearly impossible to have an equal balance in all dimensions of wellness at once. Learning to balance and maintain some level of wellness in each dimension, will ultimately put you on the path to better health.
